About: “I teach English and International Studies at Thousand Islands Secondary School in Brockville, Ontario. I am also the author of two novels, Leaving Wyoming and Houdini's Shadow. The first was listed in Bartley's Top Five in the Globe and Mail, for best first fiction of 2005, and the latter has been translated into Spanish as La Sombra de Houdini. My work has also appeared in magazines and journals across Canada. I enjoy travelling a great deal and have visited 26 different countries. I am married with two young children. We live on Lake Eloida in South Eastern Ontario. ”
